To reserve a session, please make the reservation for a minimum of 4 people.
Once a time slot has been reserved, it is blocked off for your group: the room is private and no one outside your team will be able to join you.

If you're planning to come with 4 people and you'd like to add more (up to a total of 25 people), you can do so directly on site on D-day. All you have to do is pay for the extra people on site, in cash or cheque (vacation vouchers accepted), when you arrive.

Please note that we do not have a bank terminal on site, so please bring cash or your checkbook. Don't forget to pass this information on to your friends.

Here's an example: For a group of 8 people, you can reserve for 4 online, then the remaining 4 people will pay on the day of their arrival.

Any delay of more than 10 minutes in relation to the start of the reserved session will result in the cancellation of your reservation. Once this deadline has passed and the cancellation is effective, the sums paid online cannot be refunded.

Schedule changes must be made no later than 48 hours before the start of the activity.
To change a slot, please contact us directly by telephone.

Birthday party organization. 

New scheduling policy :

1. Arrival times: If you have booked a 2 p.m. slot, entry to the Black Room will be at 2 p.m. precisely. For organizational reasons, we cannot accept early arrivals, as other anniversaries may be in progress.
2. Departure times: To ensure a smooth transition between groups, please advise parents to pick up their children 15 minutes before the end of the birthday party. This will avoid any delays and ensure that future birthdays can start on time.

Parents' appointments:
If you arrange for parents to pick up their children well in advance, please set the appointment a little further away from the site, for example in front of the Lycée Marie Curie, which is a 1-minute walk from our school. This allows us to avoid any noise or disturbance to the neighborhood.

Our aim is to give exclusive priority to each birthday, ensuring that there are no delays or mix-ups between different groups. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
